-10 degrees, I wrapped myself in warm wool clothes. Acne scarf, H&M hat, French Connection sweater.

It was time to unwrap my Uggs!

It’s December, so I finally put the first decorations!
Joulukuun kunniaksi laitoin ensimmäisiä joulukoristeita esille
I drank my first glogg (?) this year! I love it, I have to buy a bottle or two for myself…
Tuli juotua vuoden ensimmäiset glögit, niin ihanaa! Pitää muistaa ostaa pari pulloa kotiinkin..
The one silverish pillow is new, step by step making my home more christmassy ;)

I just finished my big christmas cleaning, and soon I’m going to my old home. Today is Independence Day in Finland, I’m spending it there, with movies and good food. And the Independence Day reception -live TV program. Mostly just to review the guests’ dresses, that’s our tradition!

Minun piti ostaa kenkiä talvea varten, mutten uskaltanut ostaa UGGsejä kun mua pelotti että ne ei kestäisi suomalaista talvea eli olisi kivaa tietää seuravaa kertaa varten ^^

Oh how wonderful!! I ABSOLUTELY ADORE the new pillow and candle votives. They are divine, and inspire me to add more personal pieces to my apartment. Do you have anything like One Kings Lane or GILT Home in Finland? I think you would love their stuff. I always look at it every day, even though I rarely purchase anything. So gorgeous!
I need to get my hands on the Acne scarf! It’s so huge, and I love the oxblood color. You look so warm, too.
What’s glogg? Is it like the Finnish version of Eggnog? As in, a holiday drink?

Glögg it’s scandinavian name for a mulled wine, it’s a hot wine with spieces to heat you up a bit :)
Oh, your home makes me wish for a winter Christmas – here in Australia it’s always over 35C, we sweat it out and go swimming on Christmas day!
