Here it finally is… The makeup post! I wish I could say this was my daily everyday makeup, but I’ve become so lazy that it’s more like a couple times a week makeup. But when I want to be at my best in daytime, this is the makeup I do. Takes about 30 minutes.

Tässä se vihdoin tulee: Postaus arkimeikistäni! Todella usein kyllä laiskuuttani meikkaan nykyään viiteen minuuttiin, mutta kun aikaa on se väh. 30 minuuttia ja haluan olla parhaimmillani niin tämän teen.

3 favorite foundations: Kanebo Fluid Finish, Lancome Teint Rénergie Lift R.A.R.E., Clarins Everlasting. The first ones are more natural and light, the third one is more covering. I always try to find a little bit yellow/greenish shades for olive skin, and all these have those shades. I mix usually two of these, depends how dark/light my skin is atm…

My favorite eyeshadows are natural colored: light gold, light pink and grayish browns.

Tykkään eniten neutraaleista luomiväreistä: vaaleasta kullasta ja harmaanruskean sävyistä.

I apply first light base color to whole eyelid, and then a darker color to the outer corner and to the crease of the lid. On the inner corner I apply the lightest color, and then I finish the look by dabbing a little bit of gold to the middle, to make it more glowing. I also like to dab some light color right under my eyebrows.

Ensiksi levitän vaaleaa väriä koko luomelle, sitten tummempaa väriä silmän ulkonurkkaan ja luomivakoon. Vaaleinta väriä levitän silmän sisänurkkaan, ja keskelle luomea vielä taputtelen vähän kultaista väriä.

I apply first just a little bit of black pencil eyeliner (sometimes skip this), and on top of that the liquid one. The white liner is for the lower waterline.

Kajaleista laitan ensimmäisenä vähän mustaa kynämäista (joskus jätän tämän pois), päälle nestemäistä. Valkoista laitan alaluomen vesirajaan.

For eyebrows I use Dior’s pencil (on the other end there’s an eyebrow brush) and Lumene’s eyebrow gel

I use bronzer a little bit all over my face to make it look glowing, and since I don’t use any normal powder. After that a pink blush on the top of my cheeks. That Guerlain’s bronzer is my ultimate favorite!

Normaalia puuteria en käytä ollenkaan, niin sudin aurinkopuuteria kevyesti koko kasvoille, ja poskipunaa poskipäihin. Poskipunaa en ole ikinä oppinut kunnolla käyttämään, sitä ei siis paljoa meikissäni näy.. Tuo Guerlainin aurinkopuuteri on ehdoton suosikki!

The last thing I do is apply something under my eyes, either Bobby Brown’s palette or the highlighting pen, depends what the problem is :D Sometimes dark skin under eyes, sometimes puffiness. And for the lips I use just some really natural colored lipsticks and lipgloss. Often just the lipgloss. Make Up Store’s Crown and Dior’s Lip Maximizer gloss are a great combination!

Viimeisenä levitän silmieni alle vielä joko valokynää tai peiteväriä, riippuen vähän senhetkisestä tilanteesta. Joskus on tummat silmänaluset, joskus turvotusta. Huuliin vielä jotain luonnollisen väristä huulupunaa ja huulikiiltoa. Make Up Storen Crown-sävyllä ja Diorin Lip Maximizer-kiillolla tulee kiva yhdistelmä!

    Looks very pretty indeed, but for a daytime make-up it seems like a way too much.
    I feel like with your looks – and it really seems to me like you are a natural beauty- you could do with only a bit of foundation and a bit of mascara.

    Todella kiva postaus! Ja näytät superupeelta :) Mielenkiintoista, ettet käytä puuteria ollenkaan, vaikka kyllähän silloin on kuulaampi lopputulos, mutta itselläni on pakonomainen tarve puuteroida vielä :p

    Antaisin sinulle yhen vinkin minkä sain eräältä meikkaajalta… Hän kertoi että ensin kannattaa meikata silmät, jos laittaa paljon luomiväriä(ja varsinkin jos laittaa tummaa), koska luomiväriä varisee aina laittaessa silmien alle. Sitten kun luomiväri on laitettu pyyhitään varisseet luomivärit silmien alta pois esimerkiksi meikinpoistopyyhkeellä. Itse yllätyin kuinka paljon luomiväriä oikeasti varisee laittaessa, koska minusta sitä ei juuri näkynyt alaluomilla. Kun pyyhkäisin kerran meikinpoistoliinalla alaluomeni, niin meikinpoistoliina oli kyllä melkoisen tumma pyyhkäisyn jälkeen.
    Kun ensin meikataan silmät ja sitten pyyhkii varisseet luomivärit pois, niin saadaan hieman raikkaamman näköinen meikki. Toivottovasti tästä oli sinullekin hyötyä! :)

    Horrible makeup. Completely unreal, it only makes you look as a ugly person that has to use makeup to feel good. Its okay for someone to wear that kind of makeup maybe for partying, but for your normal day? Its completely fake. People should be more natural, im sure you are much more beautiful without all that makeup!

    Are those foundations you use ok? Do they make ur skin dry or oily or do you get pimples from it?
    I would be really happy to get an answer.

      Yes those foundations are really good! And breathable too, I would especially recommend Kanebo Sensai Fluid Finish. It’s watery and so good for dry skin, and doesn’t break out my skin :) I get always pimples of too thick foundations… I hope this helps!

    But don’t you think that there is too much makeup? You’re beautiful, but you looks like a wax doll here. It seems your skin doesn’t breath, Is too bad :/

    Kuinka on mahdollista, että niin harva käyttää ripsiharjaa? Vai unohtuiko vain kuvasarjasta? Ripsistä tulee niin paljon kauniimmat, kun ne harjaa hyvin ripsivärin levityksen jälkeen! Monen muun kohdalla olen ihmetellyt samaa, itse koen yhdeksi tärkeimmäksi välineeksi meikatessa… Sunkin ripset on niin kauniin tuuhean ja siistin näköiset ennen ripsivärin levitystä.. En tarkoita pahaa tällä, ihmettelen vain ääneen asiaa jota olen pitkään ihmetellyt.. Kaunis meikki joka tapauksessa! :)

    Heippa ! pieni vinkki; Guerlainilta löytyy myös sellainen aurinkopuuteri/poskipuna, missä on seassa hieman vaaleanpunaista. Sillä saa tosi luonnollisen näköisen lopputuloksen, eikä siitä tule liian “poskipunamainen”. Itse ostin juuri kyseisen tuotteen ja oon ollut enemmän kuin tyytyväinen.:)
